Corrective Services NSW runs the state’s correctional centres and supervises offenders in the community delivering programs to reduce reoffending, support reintegration and build safer communities. As part of a broader consolidation of government departments in 2009, the Department of Corrective Services merged with the Departments of the Attorney General and Juvenile Justice 2009.
