M60 Machine Gun | United States Navy

The United States Navy M60 Machine Gun Calibre 7.62 mm, M60, is a family of general-purpose machine guns firing 7.62×51mm NATO cartridges from a disintegrating belt of M13 links. The 7.62mm M60 Machine Gun entered service with the United States Navy in the 1960s. Gas operated, air cooled and belt fed, with a quick-change barrel to counter overheating during sustained fire.
