The Australian Army is Australia’s principal land warfare force, a part of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) with the Royal Australian Navy and the Royal Australian Air Force. The Australian Army Band Corps (AABC) is the Australian Army’s musical branch. The Australian Army Band Corps personnel are nested within two discreet commands. The first of these commands is the Australian Army Band, consisting of five full-time bands and six part-time bands. The second is the five part-time unit regimental bands under Forces Command.
