HMAS Albatross Royal Australian Navy

HMAS Albatross Royal Australian Navy (RAN) is the largest operational Naval establishment and the Navy’s only Air Station. The primary task of HMAS Albatross is to support the five naval Squadrons, which provide air support to the fleet.

The Royal Australian Navy RAN is the naval branch of the Australian Defence Force. The RAN contributes to the Defence Mission (Defending Australia and its national interests) by providing safe seaworthy, airworthy and battleworthy ships, submarines, aircraft and specialist teams to meet operational commitments.
